Have a basin that fits both of your feet inside. Add coarse salt and rue, if you have it, and then a quantity of warm water so that your feet are submerged. Sit on a chair or sofa so that you can close your eyes and support your back. Relax. If you have tension in any part of your body, for example a headache, tap your head lightly with your fingertips, so that this area will discharge down to the salt of your feet. Take a rest. When the water starts to cool, you can add more hot water or dry your feet and then keep them warm. Pour used water into the toilet and clean the basin for future use.

Find a region of your home that gets in the sun and position yourself to receive. If there is no sun in the house, sit on a stool on the sidewalk, or find a nearby square that does not have a lot of people nearby. Let the heat enter the pores and notice the welcoming of the energy that warms and caresses you. Offer parts of the body that do not normally receive light. Be a plant. Undetermined time.

Inhale as if filling a glass of water (inflating the belly and rising to the chest) and exhale as if emptying the glass (through the chest until the navel shrinks). Apply in times of anxiety with your eyes closed. Watch the time slowing down even when you need to. Follow along. Open your eyes and take the glass with you.

During the day, light an incense of your choice. Smoke your house, not forgetting the corners. Intend cleanliness as you prefer - a thought, a prayer, a direction. When finishing the body-house, clean your own body looking up, down, front, back and sides.
