Grains or seeds

Pillowcase

Or any fabric that can easily turn into a cushion

 

Preparation

 

Take a pillowcase and fill it with grains, it can be rice, coffee or seeds. Make sure that the pillowcase is tightly closed so that no grain escapes.

 

Practice

 

Place your grain pillow under your feet and massage gently, do it for different parts of your body if necessary, the tastier the better, be willing to do a more in-depth investigation while you relax. (In other words, pay attention to the sound emitted by the grains / seeds in friction with the fabric and that is in friction with the skin, among other things)
