Do not quit smoking during quarantine
or police me for sometimes smoking more.
Talk to the plants and monitor their growth.
Every day do or use something that stimulates breathing and immunity
vaporization, teas (ginger, sage, mint), eucalyptus tincture, lung exercises.
Don't forget the invisible forces
sunbathe
Don't get used to virtuality and isolation
Respect my feelings and wills without guilt
Idleness: live, enjoy and understand
Practice and train the skill alone together
